Finding Support

Whether you’re still trying to put things into words, or need some support once you have, we’ve put together some resources to help you throughout this process. We have split support systems into three categories.

  1.                               : to help those who are in an urgent situation.

  2.                                                      : these services guide you through the process of opening up about harassment, or getting advice if you witnessed something, but aren’t sure who to turn to.

  3.                                    : these services will support you through the process once you have opened up about your story.
